Xbox with 12 games.. Is it worth it?

I'd do I love my new xbox now thats its all modded its really fun and I get use from it all the time. If you end up getting it try to mod it and get xlink kai so i can play you halo 2.

if the xbox is modded, check to make sure it wasn't already ban on xbox live, as you wouldn't be able to download updates for games.

Well it's not modded already as the guy I'm getting it off doesn't know how to.

Woulndt he have to pay for live then though. Like I know updating is cool and all but the only thing you really need live for and not even live just a game update or something is to update the dash which is necessary for modding.
