1.50 -> 3.51 M33 freeze

Hi @ all,
ive been a bit out of date (3.10 o.e.)
and now i try to catch up.
ive got a pandora and magic mem-stick selfmade- omg im glad i did that because:
everytime i try to run the 3.51 creator it freezes bevore the last OK.
ive waited over an houre and tryed it a few times (way too often, got scared a few times)

ive been reading/studing/trying way too long, all i want is to get from 1.50 to 3.51 M33 and after that to 4.01 M33

i really would appreaciate any help or input

Did you try to run Kxploit Patcher? It is NEEDED for a 1.50 PSP to run the M33 CREATOR.
Or you can try updating to 3.52 M33: http://forums.exophase.com/showthread.php?t=2732
Just incase you don't know, the newest custom firmware out is 4.01 M33.
 
I do know about the Kxploit patch, and did run it allways.
Ive been following the tutorial you linked exactly, but it freezes at
"5. Navigate to the game menu on your PSP, and execute "3.52 M33 CREATOR.""

....3.52 ..... /and no ok for me :( /
About the 4.01 M33, do you know a way to run it without prior installing 3.52 M33?
as stated:
all i want is to get from 1.50 to 3.51 M33 and after that to 4.01 M33

if the step between is not needed i would glad about that
 
After Ive been trought the readme I thought I should at least check them,
but all I got, on FW 1.50 in GAMES was "80020001", and no startbutton if in GAMES150

can the pandora recovery menue mess up my keys?
I have to admit that I dont really know how the keys work and for what... got2get deeper

it is a old PSP got to check the board, it was once the one you could hack, time ago where theres been only two different, need those pics again...
for old PSPs the keys can make problems?

well, im still on 1.5 :(
but now there seems to be a new problem:
if i try to run the Kxploit permanent patch it says it dosent run on my firmware-
my guess is that the patcher and the updater needs the serial from the battery?
and if so it dosent work while i use the pandora battery?
i could now change my battery and have no pandora backup or get a new one,
but bevore i get a new- am i right or did i messed up something with the 1.50 FW anyhow?

I don't know much about this, but it sounds like you only have one battery, the pandora? I don't think that would work, right? You're not trying to use the pandora battery like a normal one, are you?

Again, I could be wrong here.
 
hey folks,
im back, on 4.01 playing ridge racer while having the umd in front of me.
i dont know how but it worked for me after a few trys.
statik: yeah your right, i do only have the pandora- and it worked for me, placed it after booting with
cord.
im not trying to use it a normal, i did it!
