3.10OE-A` back to 3.03OE-C?

is there anyway i could let my psp firmware go back from 3.10OE-A` to 3.03OE-C? can someone help or there's just no other way
 
sure it is easy, just follow the same install instructions as 3.10 OE, except this time use the 3.03 OE-C files of course and the 3.03 update when creating the DXAR.
 
somehow i feel that 3.03OE-C kinda works better, there's tradition chinese (even though i like english better)my mom play my psp(weird eh?) but she can't read english well, so i need the tradition chinese. and the internet brower isn't working, whenever it gets to the linkin on web part it just froze 'n then i haf to restart again


some nice xmb doesn't work on 3.10OE-A`, so i guess that's why
but then i realize i don't what file to put in the recovery folder and i don't haf 3.03OE-C files. so i guess i'll wait.

do i have to downgrade back to 1.5 then upgrade baq to 3.03OE-C?
