3.71 M33 updater problem

When I start the updater from the game menu it comes up with a screen that says:

This program requires 3.52 M33-3 or higher.

It then restarts my psp. I'm running 3.52 M33-4 so I don't know what the problem is. Does anyone know what it might be?
 
Hmm, sounds fishy enough to be a IDStorage/key problem. Chilly Willy and x3sphere are the peeps to talk to about that. Or just anyone but me.:p
 
Hold R while booting up your PSP to enter recovery mode and then go to Configuration and switch the Game folder homebrew setting to 3.52 kernel.

This should fix the problem.
 
Someone told me to format flash 1. It worked, I'm guessing because it set my kernal to 3.52 like you said. Thank you for your help.
