i tried to use Eboot 2 ISO 1.1 but still cant get it to work any suggestions

search for the iso version of the demo on a psp iso website its legal i guees since you want a demo and not full game.

Which games do you try to decrypt? If you have a unhackable PSP just update it to 5.03 GEN-B OR if you have a hackable PSP install 5.50 GEN-D2.

im tring to Decrypt Loco Roco Midnight Carnavl Demo to use on a 3000 and iv tried Gen-B

The one I have does not come in eboot.pbp format.
However it runs perfect under 5.50 GEN-D2 and 5.03 GEN-B.
Did not have to patch it or anything.

Suggest you try a diffirent source for your game.

This does not directly solve your problem.
But it aleast lets you know there are other versions out there that are playable.
