A couple odd things

Currently running 4.01 m33-2 on a fat PSP

I know I've asked about the memory stick lag before, and I think sphere told me that the issue only existed in an older m33, but I swear that my rip of SW: Force Unleashed is lagging when run from my 4gb Sandisk. Is it known for sure whether the memory stick lag can or can't exist in the current m33 firmware?

Another thing, I am usually really lazy about installing the 1.50 addons, but the thing is even without them I don't have any problem running apps in 1.50.

For example, I upgraded to 4.01, and was still using my apps in GAME150 without installing the addon...furthermore, I installed the 1.50 addon FROM the GAME150 folder! And in the recovery menu my PSP was set to 1.50 mode all along...so why is the addon necessary?

Reformat your MS under FAT16 File System using a card reader.

Because most of the application/games are already ported to newest kernels (3.XX kernel, 4.XX kernel). But somehow with some old games/application, you might not be able to use it or play it under those latest kernels. Of which you might still need to install this 1.50 kernel add-on to run those applications/games.

That's why this is called "ADD-ON" or means OPTIONAL.
