user account listed as DontPokeJosh - xbox, steam and EA are all the same name - PSN is UserFlynn23

I've tried the two email addresses i would have used, but no success - unable to log in using any of the other options - they take me to a registration page instead and say the username is taken

Is the start of the email address we have on record, I blanked out part of it. Is that the one you are trying to use forgot password with?

oh wow. thanks! let me see if i can access that email and reset, if so i guess its removal of this temporary account?

i have the same issue with that account - i try and do a password reset and i receive nothing in the inbox or spam - i can do a password reset using this accounts email and it works fine

Can you send me an email support@exophase.com from that same account? Then I will remove this other account you made and change the email to that one (@gmail.com address).
