Achievements earned offline

I've noticed a kind of constant problem for sometime now. Some of my steam achievements are being marked incorrectly as earned offline.

It looks like this is always the case when the exophase sync happens when I'm not running Steam.


Some examples on my list are Killing Floor and The Walking Dead.

Hmm, didn't realize this was still happening. I made some changes, let's see if this fixes it

The problem persists. Even with Steam client open. It doesn't have to with this as I thought. There are some 'The Walking Dead' steam achievements marked incorrectly as earned offline
