add new codes to CWcheat?

im having trouble adding a new cheat to the CWcheat program. I want to add Juice 2 hot import cheats (found here http://cwcheat.consoleworld.org/list.php?code=ULUS-10312)
but for some reason, it doesnt work. In CW cheat, i added this:

_S ULUS-10312
_G Juiced 2 Hot Import Nights [US]
_C0 1 Billion Dollars
_L 0x21543D8C 0x3B9ACA00

WHen i open the CW cheat menu in the game and went to "select cheat," it didnt show up. Did i do something wrong?

Did you add it to the correct file, cheat.db?

Also are you playing from UMD or ISO? If ISO open it up with WinRAR right click on the file that says UMD_DATA.BIN and click "View" Make sure the ULUS code there matches the one in the cheat.db.

I'm playing with cso. The ULUS code does match the one in the cheat.db. still doesnt work

k...i see it in my "select cheat menu" now. It still doesnt work though. I still have the same amount of money that i use to have

none? well... might be a stupid question... but did you activate the enable cheats option in the CWCheat main menu?

And some cheats just flat out don't work..sometimes it saves the ones I add, sometimes not.

i did enable the cheat in the cheats option. haha..i enable cheats before but for some reason, this game doesnt work
