Alipine iDA-X305 Car Audio Unit

Thinking of picking this up solely for using an iPod/USB as an audio source. There's no way in hell I'm burning discs anymore for anything. More specifically I'm glad it doesn't have a disc drive so people can't randomly play annoying shit if they happen to have a disc on them.

From what I can tell it looks like the best thing ever made to use with an iPod.

If any one's looking for a new car audio system this is probably worth considering if you've already got your library on your PMP.

Looks pretty good but just checked Amazon and would cost

I happened to be browsing newegg for car audio stuff the other day because my car doesn't have a casette player, 3.5mm jack or anything on it to be able to use an mp3 player or usb or what have you. I saw http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16882255097 which is pretty damn cheap and has a 3.5mm jack, usb port, and sd card slot and no CD player. I'm sick of spending money on CDs and only being able to have one Cd in at a time and having to go through all of my CDs that I don't write the names on when I want to listen to something else. It may not be the best compared to the one you linked but for 40 dollars I don't think you can go wrong.
