I only know this game from what I've read/seen on Kotaku, and that's exactly what I thought it would be, a "GTA MMO".

And yeah that is a very weird way of trying to downplay low review scores. He's basically saying, "You should'nt have expected a good game; it's your fault". Crazy.

I didn't really enjoy APB.
Didn't live up to the hype.

I played the beta and yeah I didn't enjoy it.

But yeah what a poor excuse and it does make it seem your game isn't good when you say it was over hyped.
