I looked all over and can't find one theme that makes Vista look like XP, anyone know one?

...XP itself? Vista isn't much more than a GUI update, you should downgrade if you don't like it. But the classic theme should do the job...

lol! that is like saying the 360 isn't much more than a case mod for the original xbox.

I don't want the classic theme, I want the blue bar etc. is there such thing?
