Also you are not wearing a glove on your punching hand.
I'd practice with the Liquid Ocelot "TAKE THIS!" Punch first, then work up to the "FALCON" Punch. The TTP is easier to do since it's thrust is not flaming, and once you can do that you should just be able to add the falcon and it will ignite by itself.
