Appeal - unranked in steam category.

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask about it, but I want to know why my profile is listed as unranked in steam category and how I could possibly appeal to that,

I had an ongoing appeal on steamhunters (100Pals) that have recently finished with posivite ending.
All the games I've manipulated in the past were relocked (achievements in them) and most of the time unlocked again, the proper way.
