Arcade emulation help

Im trying to install the "Arcade" emulator CPS1 I believe its called. i downloaded the emulator from here, but it does not tell you in the readme files step by step about what to do to install it and where to put the roms. Im running firmware 3.90m33-3 phat psp.

make sure you run the KERNEL 1.50 for youre version.
you should have to folders with the same name, just one of the will have this (%)

inside the other folder there should be a folder name ROM, here goes the roms.

both of this folders goes in like this:

\PSP\GAME150\MAME4ALLPSP
\MAME4ALLPSP%
 
Ok I downloaded the CPS1 emulator from this site (cheeseballs) When I downloaded it I got 2 readme files and 1 "cps1psp" file. Inside the cps1psp file I have these files: eboot.pbp, rominfo.cps1, zipname.cps1, zipnamej.cps1. I tried putting the cps1psp file into Game, game 150, and game 380 files, but I got a error message 80020148. I tried going into recovery mode and changing the Kernel from 3.90 to 1.50 and tried putting the file into all 3 game folders ,but same result. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
 
That was it, didn't have the 150k addon, Thank you so much. Anyone else having problem with this emulator needs to also download the 150.bpb file and put it on the root of your memory stick.
