Ok, so it's still in the beta, however, the baseband has been upgraded to 05.08.01 which cannot be unlocked. When this is released, it would be best not to upgrade if you want to keep your unlocked phone.

Didn't even upgrade to 3.0 yet
But I'd guess this again only counts for the 3G(s), rigth? The "old" iPhone is uneffected again?
