Thats about 4hours ahead from what is now currently 3:39am in the morning est as I post this.

I'm still going to rage eitherway if the moon is destroy it would mess with earth. Water,Weight. Its surely to be change largely.

But considering this is a big event this way,if something is really found our world might change around us. If nothing major happens a wasted trip.

Don't forget this is on a large scale, we had metriod hit the moon before.
But if a missile hits + explosion, the results are sure to be different.
 
Where are people getting this "missile" thing from? From what I've heard, there are no explosive devices of any kind involved, just a piece of multi-million dollar equipment that will crash into the moon.

One site it said "Rockets,TNT" im pretty sure that would result into explosion.

I looked to the sky, but couldn't find the moon, it's cloudy and raining. :(
Oh well, probably wouldn't have seen anything anyway.

That's dumb.

I don't think there's water on the moons surface just because it has no atmosphere and one would think it would go byebye, but it's entirely possible for it to be under the surface, so I suppose it'd be sweet.

and YES, the title of this thread makes no sense, because no moon = no life on earth. It would fuck up the tides causing a giant MINDDDDFUCK to the earth causing all life to cease, at least on the land, and that can't breathe underwater.

NASA isn't dumb.

Basically, they're like driving a pointey car into the moon to see if they can get something. Sounds fine to me.
