Can i using DVD/CD *.iso in my PSP3k?

i would like to using my PSP as a PMP where using iso image with lossless music or DVD/CD backup. Have any homebrew supported that?
 
Not that I have heard of, no. You are more likely to find a homebrew application that will play the individual music files, like FLAC rather than an ISO of the music. Same goes for movies.
 
and space consuming rip to mp3 is a couple hundred mbs at really high quality or ISO of wav files for 700mbs ... doesnt seem logical
