Can not link Steam and PSN Profile to new account

Hi, i can´t link my Steam and PSN Profile to my Exophase account. I had an Account here in the past that i deleted. I think that is whats causing the issue. My Account Names are SunriseCity (PSN) and this is my Steam Account https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199029741818/.
