cant get into recovery mode

Im running 1.5 firmware when i hold R and turn my psp on i get nothin any solutions??

Bought it off ebay and im sure its been downgraded.....
 
ive held the power button up for 5 sec to make sure it turns off all the way held R turned it on and still nothin:confused1:
 
404 Mode Not Found

There is no Recovery Mode in firmware 1.50.
Recovery Mode can only be found in Open Edition firmwares.

They only make fun of people when they post something like "I installed Sony's 3.40 and when I start it while holding R, I don't get the recovery menu." :wink: :biggrin:
 
I've seen more then one post like that makes me laugh. I would suggest going up to 3.40 and enjoying the oe-as to the fullest best thing to happen to psp. Or if you want to you could try and wait for 3.50oe-a no date for that though since the sony original copy isnt even out yet.
