Following an annual drop of 73.1% in operating profits from fiscal 2009 to 2010, Mega Man creator Capcom has realigned its business strategy for the fiscal year ending 2011.
As part of a bid to bring operations back into the green, Capcom plans to shorten the development cycle of its titles by "reexamining the use of personnel and making extensive use of outsourcing."
