So CES is going on right now any of the news catch your attention?

So far nothing has been announced that has gotten my attention.

What have you seen, I only come across the Atrix 4G

LG Optimus 2x is dual core (using Nvidia's Tegra2 platform).

I have high hopes for Android and Windows-based tablets this year. Love Samsung's PC 7 laptop (think it was number 7) with the sliding keyboard and Motorola's Xoom Android tablet looks promising

The Droid Bionic looks nice. iPhone 4 still wins in the resolution department though, 960x540 versus 960x640. I think they did it to maintain the 16:9 aspect ratio but 960x640 is more useful for web browsing.

I'm not much of an Apple fan but if iPhone hits Verizon I'll probably pick one up, just for the retina display.

Why not just get an iPod touch?

Verizon's conference was incredibly disappointing. They basically showed off how the new phones and tablets look like, and nothing else.

Hopefully it's either the Thunderbolt or the Bionic that's coming around March.

I can't stand the 4.3" phones being announced. The majority of the market, if polled, will most likely say that a phone with a 4.3" display is too big. The 4.0" screens on the Galaxy S series is the sweet spot for size and comfort yet manufacturers still see a need to go big on everything. I'd much rather have a Tegra2 4.0" Super AMOLED Plus phone on Verizon then a LTE 4.3" phone...

I'd much rather download my shows ~1hr after they air (aka pirate them) then deal with subscription services or online content services like Hulu or Netflix - they're great for the average joe though

I agree with you about Hulu, but Netflix is a whole other beast.

I'll agree that Netflix is a great service since it has a huge catalog. I'm just not a huge movie guy (well I like movies but generally watch them directly at release or DVD release)

I have a few RSS Torrents but it be pointless to move them to my phone since I would have ready watch then. I love netflix tho I wish that was on the droid over hulu plus any day

I mostly use Netflix for tv shows, not movies. Whenever I wanna watch a tv show that's had a few seasons already air I always go on Netflix and watch them since they've got a huge library, plus many of the shows they have stream in 720p HD :)
