Gaming CES 2013: Nvidia Unveils Project SHIELD Handheld

Nvidia has announced its latest endeavor, a gaming handheld currently dubbed Project SHIELD. From the looks of it, the SHIELD features a full-sized controller with standard analog sticks, a D-pad, face buttons, and shoulder buttons. It also has a five-inch screen that can display games in 720p.

The SHIELD can run both Android and PC games, giving it access to quite the vast library.

so, it's essentially streaming from your pc?

that's not too bad, it would really come down to pricing for me.
 
It's pretty much a combination of existing technologies and concepts. I just wish companies would understand that putting analog sticks directly next to each other never works out well for FPS games.
