Cheater?

I haven't played the game. Looking at other players of that game, there are others with some achievements unlocking at the same timestamps. Could be a buggy game, could be transferring progress from PC, could be an in app purchase. Some Google Play games don't unlock achievements until you go to a certain menu and click a button.

On any exophase profile page, there is a report button you can use in the future to report someone.
