Couple of questions?

i just have a couple of questions about the psp.

First Question
: Can a psp get any virus or virus type thing in the the most current version of M33's firmware?
The reason im asking this is because i was browsing virus filled websites like hotbar dot com (website summery link) and when it asked if i want to download a file i picked yes because it was an exe and psp cant run that. Then i kept browsing through the website clicking on links and stuff and there was a pop-up that said i won a coupon to the site, so i clicked on it to see what would happen and i think my psp crashed (it turned off). When i turned it on the Theme i was using reverted back to the official theme and the picture background disappeared for a second. It was a ctf type theme but it was kind of a wtf, i didnt even know you could revert back to normal once you use a ctf theme.
Im not sure but i think the app that lets you use ctf's dissapeared. what does it look like in the recovery plug-ins menu?

Second Question:
Is there any way to run a homebrew game and put your psp in sleep mode then return back to it once you un-sleep mode it? My psp automatically exits and it sometime sucks.

Third Question
: Why cant my psp play official demo's? Once i put the application that allows you to use ctf's for themes on my psp i havent been able to start the echocrome demo?

1. No you cant catch a virus for the PSP. the system can catch something to cause it to shut down but upon a full down as soon as you turn it back on it goes back to normal.

2. my psp doesnt seem to have that problem. maybe if you boot up holding R shoulder format flash 1 to reset your settings and it may fix that

3. Again I havent had a problem with that. try formating your flash 1.

Thanks alot!
So what do you think about the custom theme dissapearing once the system crashed?
I formated flash 1 and it solved the demo problem and also solved a problem i forgot to mention, i could no longer fully shut down the psp so that once i boot it back up the boot wave thing shows, it always skipped that. It still shuts down once i put the psp to sleep mode while playing homebrew.
Also i figured out once the psp crashed the thing that makes psp able to use ctf completely dissapeared.

the custom theme is saved on the flash 1 if I remember right so if you did something while writing to flash 1 it may have corrupted. as for not being able to use ctf you might have to reinstall your firmware.

What firmware do you have?
Also a few people (including myself), have the problem you've mentioned about homebrew.

If you're using a phat, and you've added the 1.5kernel, then it's probably why it happens. and the sad thing is, it's unfixable.
