With the advent of rich text formatting came the annoyance of having to deal with copying text with the formatting included. Usually, this isn't a problem but if you, say, use Microsoft Word to write-up articles and use WordPress's visual editor, then you'll see what I mean.

I love this. Quotations are used a lot in the essays I write and due to their length the formatting wastes tons of time. I think I'll set the shortcut to control+V actually, considering I'll never not use it

You can't have any shortcut with the keys ctrl and v in it, unfortunately.

It's still useful, just not as much as I thought.
