Delete 0% achievements (Epic Games)

Is it possible to remove a game with 0% completion from the Epic Games achievements board?
 
You can delete the games here, but they will eventually be scanned back in as I don't believe you can remove them on Epic's side.

It would be best to just hide them here (0% progress games do not count toward stats).
