delete steam library games

when I delete a game from the steam library, it is not deleted from the library in exophase. after manual deletion, the game returns with each scan, as well as achievements from this game are still hanging in the top of the rarest achievements, how can this be fixed?

If it reappears after deletion, the game must be showing up somewhere on Steam still, likely in the recent activity section. You'll have to wait 2 weeks after it was last played in order for it to drop off of the list there, then try deleting it again.
