Deleted recycling bin

Ok well I accidently deleted the shortcut to the recycling bin, how do I get it back?

This is probably a stupid question but I am completely out of it today.

depending on your os. this is the vista/win 7 way. right click desktop>personalize>change desktop icons in the right column>check the box for recycle bin>apply>viola.
