Multi Diablo 3 for PS3, PS4 Won't Require Internet Connection

Blizzard won't require you to have a constant internet connection when you play Diablo 3 on the PlayStation 3 or PlayStation 4. You'll be able to engage in local four-player and single-player without having to be connected to the PlayStation Network or Battle.net.

In addition to this rather positive news, which broke during an interview with GameTrailers, it seems that the console version of Diablo 3 will include some new features.

They can't make it offline on PC with the RMAH. Items HAVE to be verified server side. It's also probably the only single player game in history with no pirated version.

YET this PROVES that they could've easily made an Offline mode where you can't take characters online or access RMAH AT ALL.

Who gives a fuck about some Real money trading. It ruins the game for everyone else.
