EA link account issue

Hi!

My EA account is this one:

But when I try to link it with this id, it doesn't work.

I've checked that I've correctly set my privacy settings:

And also that I got some success:

The weird thing is: if I put "lostdylan" that is probably the old id of my account, it works. I firstly thought that that was another account but if it were, I'd be able to login the new one and I can't. Plus, if I check this "lostdylan20-11" EA account settings, I see that my PS account is linked and it's surely through PS that I created my EA account, so it'd make sense that this is the only one I own. Even more if we add the fact I see "Member since 2012" under "lostdylan20-11", this is the ultimate confirmation this is my one and only account for EA.
And why I still have a problem if "lostdylan" works? Because this is not up to date. I have the impression to only see my old games that I played on PS, absolutely no data from PC/EA app. Any idea?

You could try inputting the email you use with EA instead in the username field here. Just make sure you have the proper search settings under the privacy section on EA.

Unfortunately their player search functionality seems broken for certain accounts, but in cases where it doesn't work, we've found that the email usually does.

The actual EA desktop client is affected by the same issue, if I enter "lostdylan20-11" under Add Friends it finds no user.

I've tried your suggestion but it's not working so far unfortunately... I've submitted a ticket on EA to ask them is they see something on my account about bad referencement or id when searching for my account to add me as a friend. We'll see ^^

In the end, EA did not answer me at all. Thanks to them ^^
But I try again with my EA email address (days after changing the privacy settings) as x3sphere suggested it to me, and it worked! Thank you
