Despite the abrupt culling of Crysis 2 and Dragon Age 2 from Steam over DLC licensing arrangements, EA says its relationship with Valve is still on good terms. Going forward, EA expects it will continue closely working with the company to publish titles at retail.

I don't know. I kind of believe them. Both EA and Valve have said this was simply a licencing issue. No reason for both of them to lie if it weren't true.
