EBOOTS how to install them and play them

How do you install eboots ?
I did not know what they are exact but there not iso .
Cause one of my games is EBOOT and another file KEYS.BIN

is it a PS1 game ?

you just need to make a folder in GAME (e.g. <pspdrive>:/PSP/GAME/TITLE)

then place the eboot and keys.bin in "TITLE"
