Sony's perspective-bending PSP puzzler Echochrome, which shipped on UMD disc in Japan, will be released exclusively as a PlayStation Network download in North America, according to Newsweek editor N'Gai Croal.
The U.S. release is said to feature 56 levels, a figure significantly lower than the amount of levels included in the UMD version, which contains around 100 original levels. On the plus side, the PSN version of Echochrome will cost only $10, a price point that is $30 less than the Japanese release.
Echochrome is scheduled for a May release in the states. A downloadable demo of the Japanese version is available here if you'd like to give this unique puzzler a spin.
