emulator problems

yea umm
i got a psp
it has 4.01 m33-2 not 3
i got a prob
but my name aint bob
the emulator never starts
it like has brain farts
this is pissin me off
like that one dude david hasselhoff
if anyone can help
ill give you some kelp?

its the GAME150 folder and i tried it in the GAME FOLDER
it all happened after i flashed a new 4.01 m33-2
i tried DC7
do i have to just downgrade to 1.50 and start over?

edit: ok i put in a pandoras battery and it works on 1.50 but how to keep it on 1.50?
edit2: ok if anyone is even reading this i downgrade with pandoras battery to 1.50 if i install a new 4.01 m33-2 it should work right
right?
