It's just the word "error", nothing else? If it really is on the Steam website, it must be something on Steam's end, not Exophase.
Could you tell us step by step what you're doing to try and link your account?
Could you give us your Steam ID, so we can check your profile page?

I checked your Exophase profile, and figured I'd search Steam for "ManiCs7", and that did give me a profile, ID "manusm10".
If that's you, make sure you enter that actual ID on Exophase, not "manics7".
Unless you are "manics7", which apparently also exists... (and I guess Steam's community members search is case sensitive.

The username you enter has to match the one in the Steam URL.
Since it is showing "manusm10" there that's the name you need to enter. Changing it to something else will load up a different profile.
