EXp not adding up on my platforms

Stuck on these numbers for a couple of weeks on the EXP 117,625 I played a couple games and I earned the XP for him but it hasn't moved up at all but when I update my profile it updates my achievements for the Google play games and for the PlayStation in retro but there they are still stuck at the same numbers also everything else is giving the points besides this one
