Extracting Homebrew Bin Files?

every time I look to extract a binary file it tells my to make a cue file but its the kind of cue that goes into a CD or a UMD so could someone tell me how to? I would be a big help.

I'm trying to extract the contents of a bin file inside hbl.

buddy, homebrew is in EBOOT.PBP form, and are not labeled as .bin files, ur doing something wrong if your getting .bin extension homebrew, also .bin stands for a binary file, which can be any number of things, i don't believe their is an exact spec for a .bin other then .bin's being binary dumps of data
