I'm a complete newbie and i have no idea on how to do this.

My PSP has been upgraded to v3.11 but i want now to be anble to play copied games with out bricking my system up.

can anyone give me help.

can i just install the 3.10 OE-A over the top of sony's 3.11

No man, You have to downgrade your firmware, which you can't you have to wait for a downgrade, Sorry bro.

Keep you eyes on Dark_Alex and my bro Blufftexasfiji who are currently working on a downgrade for 3.11 ;)

***By the way, downgrading any psp has a chance of bricking, but if you follow the directions its slim.***
