Hi Exophase Team,

I recently deleted my old Exophase account for privacy reasons. Now I have created a new account — but when I try to link my external gaming accounts (Steam / Xbox), I get the error:
“This user requested manual removal from the site for privacy reasons. If you are the original account holder, contact support to remove this flag.”
I believe this is because my previous account deletion left a “privacy flag” on my external accounts, preventing them from being re-added to any new Exophase profile. I have tried multiple times but the problem persists.
Could you please verify my old account details and remove the privacy-flag so that I am able to attach my gaming accounts to my new profile?
Thank you for your help. I appreciate your assistance in restoring access to my gaming accounts.
