Namco Bandai has released a new batch of Beautiful Katamari screenshots. <strike>As confirmed by GameSpot, the game is scheduled to hit Microsoft's Xbox Live Arcade service this October.</strike>

Update: We were compelled to believe it, but turns out GameSpot make a mistake. As we originally reported, Beautiful Katamari will be released as a retail Xbox 360 title, and not as a download on Microsoft's Xbox Live Arcade service.

i wonder if this game will make people buy xbox 360's?

I think Microsoft is trying to gain some ground in the casual market, but nah I doubt this game alone will sell 360s. Katamari is a good game but nowhere near a system seller.
