Game Center profile not syncing - Kobi Kaufman

Hi I am trying to sync my Apple Game Center profile to my Exophase account, but I keep getting the error message "Game Center profile could not be found".
My Game Center nickname is exactly Kobi Kaufman My device privacy settings are completely open to "Everyone" (Public) and I am now successfully unlocking achievements in-games, but the automated site scanner is still unable to fetch my data.
Could you please look into this and manually link my Game Center profile to my account?

Hi x3sphere, I am fully logged into the forum now. My exact Game Center nickname is Kobi Kaufman.The problem is that in my Crossy Road game, under the "Global" tab, my profile doesn't show a global rank number at the top of the screen at all. It only shows other players. When I switch to the "Friends" tab, I am listed at position #1 because my friends list is empty.Since I cannot get a global rank number from my device, the automated page doesn't work for me. Is there any other way you can help me link my account? And thanks again for your support!

Did you play the game at all? I have not heard of this happening before, but might need to get some kind of score first to get assigned a rank on the leaderboard.

Unfortunately there's no way I can add it without a rank assigned, it's a limitation of how Apple's system works. This was the best solution we could come up with to track Game Center accounts, and it only needs to be done once.
 
yes I did play the game and now I’m sending you the screenshots from the leaderboard as you can see there’s no explanation in red on the top of the game and when I go down to search only then I can find myself, and just so you know I have played a few games before I have tried exophase so it should not make a problem and yet it does and still do I don’t know what to do anymore have tried what I was told do and nothing is working maybe I should try candy crush instead and that would help my problem to connect my apple account? Thank you for your support I really appreciate you and it means a lot to me!

I just started the game (unlocked an achievement doing that), and it didn't show my position at all. (I hadn't played since I first added my Apple account to Exophase.) I played a quick game, and now it shows my position, very low, high number, but only when I scroll down (or rather hit the button that does that for me). I think they changed the layout a bit since back then. I do still have a number for my ranking next to my name in the list.

Kobi Kaufman, I see "40048699" on one of your screenshots. Did you try entering that, as described in the instructions in the other thread? By now your ranking and the number probably changed, so check what it changed to, and use that. Maybe you'll also need to play a quick game again first.
 
Thanks for your support I have tried everything and also i have changed my name now a little bit as well and yet it still shows the same error here is a screenshot..of the problem
 
On the screenshot, I don't see "name,rank", just the name.
Maybe that's just the screenshot, but double checking: did you enter both things with a comma in between?
In your case it should be "KobiKaufman,40048698" (you removed the space), although like I said your rank probably changed by now, so check your current rank before entering it.
