Game SLOW after flashing to 4.01 M33-2

Can anyone advice me how come after I flash my PSP to 4.01 M33-2.

Some of my games are very slow which are totally unable to play.

It was working fine in the old version of ROM before I flash to this latest ROM.

Any expert can advice what should I do to correct this problem?

go to recovery menu, do a hard boot and press R to get in recovery menu.
after this go to CPU speed and make sure all of them says default
