gamer card picture not updating

ever since i got a Halo 4 achievement my gamer card picture seems to be stuck on Halo 4, rather than moving with the trophies / achievement i get.

am i being thick and is there a box i've un-ticked somewhere in the options ?

It was just a case of not having background images uploaded yet for the other games. I filled in some of them, Wolfenstein shows up now.
