Gamercard Issue

Hi everyone.

I'm seeming to have an issue with my gamercard. I've followed the instructions on disabling privacy settings, and after a few page refreshes, my gamercard isn't updating on here. It doesn't show my games, nor my achievements. This is for an Xbox Live account, for the Xbox One, if that provides to any use. I've enclosed an image of what my current gamercard keeps displaying.
