Hello!!

*Title:* Gamertag blocked error persists after changing my Xbox account

*Message:*
Hi, I need help with a blocked gamertag issue.

*Problem:*
My old gamertag `Ghost075169` was blocked on Exophase. I deleted that Xbox account and created a new one.

*What I did:*
1. Changed my gamertag on Xbox to `Ghost072668`
2. Removed `Ghost075169` from my Exophase profile > Saved
3. Added `Ghost072668` to my Exophase profile > Saved
4. My Xbox privacy settings are set to "Everyone" for game history

*Current issue:*
Exophase still shows the "Gamertag is blocked" error, even with my new gamertag `Ghost072668`.

Can you please clear the old block from my Exophase account? My profile is: Rafael ST
