Hello Exophase staff,
I would like to appeal the "Not Ranked" status on my Steam profile.

I want to be completely transparent about what happened. I previously had another Steam account where I had already played many of my games. I later created this new Steam account and added it to my Steam Family, which made many games from my old library available on the new account.
At the time, I wanted to have a clean completionist profile on my new account without replaying every game I had already played on my previous account. Because of that, I used Steam Achievement Manager (SAM) to unlock achievements in a number of those games.
I did not realize at the time that using SAM was against Exophase's achievement rules. I understand now that achievements tracked here must be earned legitimately through in-game actions, regardless of whether I had previously completed or played the games on another Steam account.
I am not trying to claim that these SAM-unlocked achievements were legitimate. I take responsibility for using the tool.
There were quite a few games involved, and unfortunately I cannot guarantee from memory that I can identify every single achievement or game in which I used SAM. Some of the obvious ones on my profile are games showing full completion with extremely low playtime, including several games with around one minute of recorded playtime.
I am completely willing to remove/relock all achievements that were obtained through SAM, even if that means losing a large portion of my current achievement score and completions. From this point forward, I want to earn my achievements legitimately.
I have not started relocking anything yet because I would prefer to follow the instructions of the Exophase enforcement team rather than make further changes to my achievement timestamps or profile without knowing the correct procedure.
If possible, could you please let me know which games/achievements need to be reset and what method you would like me to use? I will follow whatever cleanup procedure is required.
I understand that reinstatement is not guaranteed, especially considering the number of games involved. I am simply asking for the opportunity to clean up the profile properly and participate in the leaderboards legitimately going forward.
