Much like any highly-anticipated Xbox 360 release, Gears of War: Judgment received the "leaked treatment" with copies of the final game leaking online a full month prior to its release.

It should really come as no surprise to us that the game was leaked - all major Xbox 360 titles in the past few years have been leaked far ahead of their launch dates. Gears of War, Halo and Call of Duty have all been victims.

Gotta say, Microsoft always seems to have bad luck with leaks. Pretty crazy that this seems to be a full retail copy also and not limited to just JTAGs.

What does the article mean 'Microsoft is, like in all the other cases, cracking down hard on violators'? Anyone dumb enough to download a leaked copy of an upcoming game and use their legit XBL GT and go online with it is a tard who deserves locked out.

Probably should've provided the actual quote they provided several press outlets ""Consumers should be aware that piracy is illegal and we take vigorous action against illegal activity related to our products and services."

It's not just simple banning of consoles we're talking about there, pretty sure they are taking further action.
