Hello everyone:

I just got my first PSP today and I would like to download games and put them into my memory stick and play them freely. (like every1 else :) I started looking some articles today and everything appears to be very confusing! First of all, I would like to ask some questions:

1. What is Phat (or fat) and slim? Where do I check if my PSP is one of them?
2. What is a Pandora battery and magick memo soemthing?
3. My firmware version is 3.80 which custom firmware should I download?

Can you link me a thread where explain step by step from the very beginning (new psp) to the very last detail? I checked the FAQ and Guide forum and I think the threads are for people who already downgrade them. Please, fill me with as much info as you can! I got zero knowledge now about homebrew but I am very interested in it, thank you and your time.

Really, really, need to read the rules. We have a no tolerance policy regarding piracy. That's not what homebrew is for - and we won't help you do it.
