grand theft auto liberty city stories umd is not running

i do not know if any one can help me
i have installed dark-alex 3.40 Open Edition on my psp but when i go
to play gta lcs it just come s up with a error msg 80020148 the game could not be started
im not using iso its the real umd
please if any on can help

Try disabling all the options in advanced in recovery mode
